Our site is especially dedicated to the people who are passionate about video games, toys, animes..., collecting them, and enjoying them.  You will be able to find more than 5,000 products in the site.

All our products ( video games, toys, art book, etc.) are made in Japan, and they are all new or well-preserved second-handed . With our professionalism and strong sense of mission to satisfy our customers, we offer the service listed in the card.

If you are looking for some product that you cannot find in our site, you can always e-mail us, and then we will do our best to find it and offer the best price.

Lastly, in order to meet all your expectations, we accept a variety of ways for payment and as well accomodate many different forms of delibery best suitable to your budget.

2- HOW TO ORDER ?

Two options :
- browse the site and pick up items you are interested in, putting them in the cart, checking-out and so on.
- contact us and tell us what items you are looking for. It is the only way to proceed for used items or products not on the website.

Do not hesitate to contact us. It could take time to get an answer, we get many inquiries, we will always answer with great pleasure. We can provide you most of the items published in Japan: neo_amusement@yahoo.com
The two ways of ordering can be combined together. If we get many orders from the same customer, we will of course combine them together if possible, to save shipping costs. You don't need to ask for that.


 

3- HOW CAN I KNOW SHIPPING & HANDLING COSTS FOR MY ORDER?

To know shipping & handling (S&H) costs, after having put the items you wanted in the cart, click on "checkout" (top right). The first step will show you S&Hcosts; you can choose express or economy. At this time you can stop the order if you like. This will cancel your order.
S&H costs are calculated on an estimate of your order weight.

4- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE?

Orders are sent only after having received full payment for them. It usually takes between 1 to 3 days to prepare your order. Shipping then takes about 1 week for express airmail, 2 weeks for economy airmail.
Regarding the postal delay, please note that we cannot guarantee the delivery speed.

5- HOW TO KNOW MY ORDERS STATUS?
WHAT IS THE ACTUAL STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Log in your account.
An order can have three different status:

1. Pending: payment has not yet been received. We are waiting for it before proceeding with your order. Please note that change of order status is not in real time. If you just paid now don't expect your order status to change immediately.
2. Processing: we are waiting for one or several items before shipping. It is also possible that the Post office is not open at that time (week-end or public holiday). Order is not yet shipped.
3. Delivered: order has been shipped out. You will get it in about 1 week for EMS shipments, 2 weeks for economy airmail.

6-WILL MY EMAIL ADRESS BE SOLD? WILL I RECEIVE ANY SPAM?

We will never resell a mailing list or give out any other customer information. During checkout you are presented the option to subscribe to our mailing list, and we may occasionally contact all customers (regardless of subscription status) if there are urgent updates or security issues we feel our customers need to be made aware of. We do not spam our customers, nor do we do anything to assist any other entities with the spamming of our customers. We take your privacy seriously. We also urge our customers to use their REAL e-mail addresses when placing orders, because this is the only way you can ensure you will be able to easily receive module updates in the future.

7- I WANT TO UPDATE OR CANCEL MY ORDER!

Once your order has been paid it is not possible to update it or cancel it. Only upgrading of shipping method is possible.

8- I DON'T GET ANY ANSWER FROM YOU!

If you don't get any answer from us for several days (it can take up to 1 week for special requests when we are very busy) it might be that your mail address is not correct or your mailbox is full. We frequently get mails from customers who haven't set correctly their mail address. We can't do anything else than wait, in the hope they will notice it and send their mail again.

- No bad surprise on prices: prices on the site are full prices ! No special charges, taxes or else are added on those prices.

- Reasonable shipment charges: we study shipment on a case by case basis in order to provide you the best rates. There are no "good deal" where articles are sold at expensive rates and a free shipping offered if you buy many, like on some other websites. You know exactly what is the good's price and what are shipping charges.

- No bad surprise on shipping: shipping charges include packing charges and handling fees as well as insurance (see shipping & returns for more details).

- No bad surprise on exchange rates: Payment is possible in dollars or euros, if using Paypal. Unlike a payment by credit card, you will know exactly how much you pay, without being badly surprised by exchange rates variations or your bank commissions, when you are debited on your credit card.
