Four ways of payment are available: 1- With PayPal: PayPal is a service that allows you to instantly send money to anyone with an email address. PayPal is used by over 38 million members worldwide. PayPal is completely free to send money, and PayPal lets you charge the payment to either your credit card(Visa, MasterCard, iscover or American Express) or checking account. It only takes about 5 minutes to create a PayPal account and use it to send money. Why use paypal? CLICK HERE for informations. 2- Credit Card This service is provided by Paypal. You don't need to have a paypal account to use this service like any other credit card payment, it is very secure and easy to use. At the"payment method" page, select the option "credit card/paypal". This will lead you to a page where you just have to click on "secure checkout" under the "Don't Have a PayPal Account?" header. The site will then prompt to fill in your personal and credit card informations to make the payment. 3- IPMO:(International Postal Money Order) International Postal Money Order allows you to remit an amount through postal services. Practically speaking, you have to go to Post office, fill out a form with details about the beneficiary. Then pay the amount of the IPMO plus fees. It takes more than one week to get it from your country to Japan. In some countries there are different IPMO for domestic orders and international orders, and sometimes even different ones for different countries. Make sure it iscashable in Japan.IPMO fees are to be paid by you.
Advantages: - you don't need a credit card. - you pay in your currency.
Disadvantages : - you have to pay fees. - you need to go to your Post office (and wait in line). - payment takes time to arrive in Japan (your order will be handled only when payment is received). German customers:please note IPMO is called "Auslandsanweisung/-zahlkarte" in Germany and is done from Post office. 4- Western Union Wire payment Warning: To use only if your order is above $300(250Euros). Western Union is an agency that allows you to transfer money worldwide. You can either pay by credit card through their site or go to a local agency and pay by cash. Advantages: - the transfer is instant. - you don't need a credit card.
Disadvantages : - you have to pay fees. - If you go to an agency you might have to wait in line. |
